Sheath thickness testing
This dedicated cable-inspection instrument measures insulation and sheath cross-section thickness to control key cable-production dimensions.
- Provides 10×, 20×, 50× and 100× magnification for indirect measurement of small components.
- Uses X/Y micrometer handwheels with a 0.01 mm minimum division; the screen and glass stage rotate from 0° to 360° with a 2′ vernier scale.
- Uses transmitted and reflected illumination to inspect both component contours and surface condition.
